The second season of The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses (Megami no Café Terrace in Japanese) is set to launch on July 4. Ahead of this, a new trailer has been released, along with more information about the theme songs. The trailer features the new opening theme song, "Charge!" performed by Hikari Kodama.

Additionally, the ending theme song for the season is titled "Nacchatta!" and is performed by VTuber Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino, also known as Pepechi. The song was written, composed, and arranged by Kinoshita, a vocaloid producer.

A new visual showcases the ten goddesses, with the staff of Familia on the left and the recently-unveiled cast of rival café Family on the right. The rival café cast includes Kana Hanazawa as Hekiru Yoshino, Reina Ueda as Moemi Soya, Ayana Taketatsu as Ririka Chiyoda, Yū Serizawa as Valentina Azuma, and Rie Takahashi as Mao Takasaki.

The first season premiered in April last year and is available for streaming in the U.S. via Crunchyroll.

Kodansha USA publishes the original manga series by Kouji Seo and describes the plot as follows:

Following the death of his grandmother, Hayato decides to sell her old seaside café, unaware that it's also home to five young women who consider themselves her family. Their determination to keep the café running convinces Hayato to give it a try. However, their best efforts may still fall short, and Hayato must navigate working with these five spirited women. It's a tough job ahead! This charming new romantic comedy comes from the creator of Fuuka and Suzuka.

Seo is also known for other popular works, including A Town Where You Live. The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses manga began publication in early 2021 and is serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine.
